For returns, Orglamix accepts unopened, unused merchandise for return or exchange. The product should be returned in its original packaging and shipping materials, along with a copy of the invoice. However, fragrances, promotional merchandise (sale, discontinued, limited edition, or samples) are non-returnable. Subscriptions or items included in subscription boxes, custom/private label/wholesale orders, and all perfume/fragrances and cream or pressed eyeshadows are non-returnable as they are made-to-order. Once the return is received and inspected, a refund or exchange in the amount of the original purchase price is issued.
